What are the examinations DELE?

The DELE are diplomas of Spanish like foreign language internationally recognized that can serve so much at level as personal overcoming like improving the professional C.V.

What accreditations have the DELE?

Diplomas de Español as Foreign Language (DELE) is official titles, acreditativos of the competition degree and dominion of the Spanish language, that it grants the Cervantes Institute in name of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain. The University of Salamanca collaborates with the Cervantes Institute in the elaboration of the examination models and in the evaluation of the tests for the obtaining of Diplomas de Español.

Which are the examination levels?

These diplomas are divided in 3 levels: INICIAL, INTERMEDIO and SUPERIOR. In Spain, they can be made these examinations in 3 annual calls (May, August and November). The minimum age is of 16 years. All these diplomas are suitable to European frame of reference for the learning of Languages, thing that facilitates its recognition and international utility.

In each one of the levels INICIAL, INTERMEDIO and SUPERIOR the 4 skills of the language work (oral and written expression, reading and auditory understanding) in addition to the use of the grammar, adapting itself at the level of the diploma.

The structure of the examination is the same one for the three levels with the contents adapted to each one: reading understanding, written expression, understanding and oral expression, grammar and vocabulary.
